Our Garden Plus Club is a loyalty club which rewards our customers with gift vouchers based on their spend with us.

Please see below for information regarding the club

• All Members must be 18 years or Over.
• Hill House Stores reserve the right to discontinue the club or alter the terms & conditions at any time.
• Membership is FREE.
• We will not issue vouchers for goods purchased on special offer  - eg. 120L compost - 3 for €20, or if discounts given at source.
• Hill House stores will issue a gift voucher to each customer for up to 10% of their Garden Centre spend. For example if you spend 100 euro with us and none of the products were already on special then you will receive a 10 euro voucher.
• Vouchers will only be issued for Garden Centre Purchases (not for DIY products) Please ask a member of staff if a voucher will be issued on a particular product.
• Membership card or number must be produced at point of purchase in order to avail of vouchers. If the card is not registered at point of purchase we cannot issue any vouchers.
• Vouchers will normally be generated at the end of each month and be available to redeem over a 3 month period after date of issue.
• The gift voucher received at the end of each month may be used to purchase Garden Centre products ONLY and are valid up to 3 months from date of issue.
• When you shop with us using your voucher we will deduct the voucher amount from total cost of your purchase.The gift voucher must be redeemed in full - we are unable to issue partial gift vouchers.
• Goods purchased with a gift voucher are not subject to further gift voucher bonuses.
• In the interest of reducing administration and paper waste there is only ONE membership per household.
• Customer details will be held electronically on our system. If any customer does not want their details on computer please advise a member of staff to discontinue your membership.
• Customers are asked to retain their receipts in the event that they may have a query on the voucher issued.
• If we round your purchase amount down at the point of sale this will be deducted from voucher. Eg sale amt €20.50, Rounded to €20. We will deduct €0.50 from your voucher at end of month ( this may cause a NIL voucher to be issued).
• If you do not have any purchases in the period specified you will be issued with a NIL voucher.
• If you only purchase items that are on special - eg 75L Multi Purpose 3 for €12 you will be issued with a NIL voucher.
