Secure Payments procedure
Hill House Stores want to ensure that customer payment details are competley secure.
In order to do this we do not ask you for payment details at time of placing order
When we receive your order we will calculate the total amount due - including delivery costs if any.
We will then e-mail the customer with the confirmed order and the total amount due
The Customer can then telephone us or e-mail us and confirm their credit card details.
Hill House Stores will then process this payment
When the goods are delivered to the customer they will be given a copy of the credit / laser card payment slip
The Customer will also have to sign a delivery slip to ensure our records are complete
Benefits of this payment procedure
Customer does not have to provide financial information electronically so there is no risk of fraud
No customer credit card details will be held on record and this ensures the customer is guaranteed security
Customer knows exactly the amount they will be paying so there are no hidden charges or extras
