We only supply and deliver our products within the 32 counties of Ireland. we may also be restricted from delivering some of our products to Northern Ireland due to licencing of products such as fertilisers.

The minimum order amount we can process is EUR 50.00  
The appearance of In Stock on an item does not guarantee it will be in store if you visit. Also if some products are showing 0 items in stock this does not always mean it is unavailable.
Every effort is made to keep the prices up to date but they may change from time to time
Stock levels change every day
Prices on the website may vary from that in our garden centre
VAT is included in the price of all items listed
Payment must be made & confirmed before any items are despached from store
The Pictures provided for the products may show what a plant will look like in some years time or what it looks like when in flower, other pictures may show what it currently looks like. Plants supplied will therefore not always look like the picure when delivered to the customer.
The Customer should pay particular attention to the size quoted as this is the acutual size and height of the plant
Plant sizes are usually quoted in CMS of FEET (30 cms = 1 FT Aprox.), other products will be quoted relevant to their category type - Eg Shoe size.
The Customer should check the product at time of delivery and any problems should be notified to the delivery agent in writing. We cannot address customer complaints regarding quality unless issues are raised in writing at the time of delivery.
Hill House Stores will deal with any customer queries and problems in the fairest possible manner
Hill House Stores cannot be held responsible for non deliveries where the customer was not at the delivery address to take delivery
If a customer is not at the deliver address to take delivery there may be a Re-Delivery charge
All products will be deliverer to the customer in the best possible condition
The customer should check the products to ensure they are satisfied with quality, quantity, description etc. before signing and accepting delivery
